Approach

Drawing from advanced training in the Gottman Method (Level 3) and Discernment Counseling, I offer a calm, supportive space for reflection and understanding, helping couples navigate conflict, communicate with intention, and find clarity and confidence in their path forward - together or apart.

My work supports couples who want to grow together and resolve conflict, seek clarity and discernment about their relationship, navigate separation or divorce, or address the challenges of co-parenting. Each session is guided by compassion, curiosity, and respect for each couple’s unique path.

As an LGBTQ+ ally, I provide a safe and inclusive space for all couples.  I am committed to helping all couples move toward greater understanding, confidence, and peace - wherever their next chapter leads.

Professional Experience & Training

My clinical experience includes work in correctional mental health and residential treatment settings, supporting individuals through complex and high-stress life circumstances. This experience deepened my understanding of how stress impacts relationships and strengthened my focus on communication, emotional awareness, and connection.

It continues to shape my approach, helping couples slow down, communicate more productively, and find clarity and steadiness, while supporting effective co-parenting when children are involved.

Prior to entering the mental health field, I spent many years in business and nonprofit leadership, bringing strong financial, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to my work with couples today.
